Cava Karoulias-Calligas opened its doors for the first time in 1965 at Kolonaki. An innovation in the wine and spirits world. An aristocratic storefront and the cozy personalized style of the Cava inspired the customer with the confidence of a wise choice. Many years have passed, but the tastes, the smells, the images and primarily the consistency of high quality have remained deeply inspired values in my mind and my heart. The "Λευκό Άτι" wine was borne from these memories, the excellent vinification of Κατώγι-Στροφιλιά and the oil painting of artist Maria Fragoudaki.
